    Job Description
    • Act as an ambassador for Air Transat on various social media and chat platforms
    • Creatively and proactively assist customers to ensure efficient and high- quality customer service within prescribed timeframes
    • Monitor conversations and user-generated content
    • Identify issues in conversations and user-generated content and escalate to appropriate individuals or departments
    • Occasionally, participate in small projects aimed at the continuous improvement of our online customer service

    • Training duration: approximately 4 weeks
    • Type of training: online
    • Location of the training: 300 Léo-Pariseau in Montreal or by telecommuting
    • Workplace after the training: flexible, 300 Léo-Pariseau in Montreal or telecommuting
    • Full time 37.5 hours
    • Availability between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week
    • Night position available (Night premium 1.50$/h)
    • Must pass the provincial OPC (Quebec) and TICO (Ontario) certifications within a few weeks of being hired
    • The work schedule is variable and is confirmed one month in advance (days, evenings, and weekends)
    Qualifications

    • Bilingualism (oral and written) essential as well as impeccable spelling and grammar;
    • Customer service skills, resourcefulness, proactivity and empathy;
    • Very good judgement;
    • Knowledge of popular social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
    • Ability to work under pressure;
    • Successful completion of a 60-minute written test;
    • Available to work a rotating schedule (day/evening), as well as weekends and holidays;
    • Knowledge of the travel industry in general (an asset);
    • Experience in selling Southern, European, Tour and/or Cruise products (an asset);
    • OPC and TICO certification (an asset)
