EnerSys employs individuals who install and maintain communication networks including fiber optic cables.

They require applicants who have experience working at heights over 30 feet and can use various testing equipment such as OTDRs Light Identifiers Power Sources etc. Applicants must also be able to lift heavy equipment up to 75 pounds bend twist reach stoop kneel or crouch stand for long periods of time wear personal protective gear work varying schedules overtime nights weekends public holidays risk electrical shock exposure harmful materials like lead/fiberglass
