Responsibilities:


  • Manage weekly social media posts, communicating upcoming events and booking information.
  • Maintain and update the company's website and content.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes and coordinate deliveries.
  • Facilitate entertainment bookings for various events.
  • Handle various administrative tasks.

Requirements:


  • Prior event experience, with a background in administration, social media, and/or marketing.
  • Experience with managing social media platforms, including Meta business (Instagram and Facebook), and TikTok from a management perspective.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, and related tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop (preferred)

Salary:
$60,000.00 per year
