Claims and Benefits Representative to join the Human Resources Team.

The core responsibility for this individual will be managing LOA and WorkSafe Claims, along with our Benefits Program.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Claims Administration:Work collaboratively with team members, operations, and health and safety to effectively manage claims and ensure timely processing.

Return-to

Work Program:Coordinate with health and safety, Work Safe, and medical therapists to facilitate a safe return to work for employees.

Benefits Program Communication: Consistently communicate the benefits program throughout the organization and provide expert support to employees with claims or benefit-related issues.

Collaboration:Work closely with the HR department and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Postsecondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration is an asset;
Experience in claims management, employee benefits, or a similar role is an asset.
Familiarity with human resources systems (Oracle and Kronos is an asset) and strong knowledge of personal computers and related software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) is desired.
Reliable Transportation is essential there is no public transportation to the facility

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
