Almon Equipment Ltd is a growing company that is headquartered in Etobicoke, Toronto. The business began with two employees and now has grown into 100 employees. We specialize in infrastructure maintenance, contracting, construction, technology R&D, manufacturing and other heavy-duty equipment operations.

Main responsibilities include:


  • Drive and operate a paint truck
  • Maintain an accurate record such as driving hours, paint reports documenting work completed
  • Maintain/clean equipment, conduct routine maintenance and document minor repairs as required.
  • Complete pre/posttrip inspection (circle check) at the start and end of each shift
  • Complete a job hazard assessment before starting work
  • Follow Almon's health and safety policies and procedures, reporting any accident/incidents.
  • Other duties, as required.

Requirements:


  • Valid DZ license with a clean driving abstract
  • 2+ years of related driving experience
  • Previous experience driving and operating a paint machine is an asset
  • Mechanical knowledge is an asset
  • Ability to work nights. The work schedule is usually Sunday
  • Thursday
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs

Salary:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour

- driving/operating a paint truck: 2 years (preferred)

  • DZ Licence (preferred)

  • Overnight Shift (preferred)
