About the Position:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for advancing each brand experience through online and offline marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working on different companies under the Carrington Group (Bedrock Homes, Carrington Land, Carrington Homes, Lifestyle Options, etc.)
- Assist Marketing Coordinator with new/closing Showhome such as being on site to meet vendors to set up/take down, ability to build some furniture during set up, site visits for measurements, etc.
- Onsite signage and community audits
- Work with the Graphic Designer to help execute marketing materials such as lot signage, spec sheets, photo edits, posters, and other assets as required
- Work with the Marketing team to maintain and develop the brand look, feel and voice.
- Help the team with errands such as birthday events, sales supply orders, bedrock office supply orders, invoicing, etc.
- Admin duties such as creating purchase orders, tracking purchase orders, credit card reconciling, invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Completed postsecondary diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related academic field.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in marketing
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred
- A valid class five (5) driver's license and personal reliable transportation is required
- A clean drivers abstract is required for the operation of company vehicles on public roadways.
- Manual dexterity is required to work with computers and peripherals
- Work is performed at the work site. Remote or Hybrid work not available
