Large-scale flooring company, over 40 years in operation, seeking a full-time permanent Colour Charts Coordinator for a busy office environment.

Minimum 2 years of previous colour charts experience required. Excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual with the desire to succeed. An extremely positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure is a must


Duties & Responsibilities:
- receive and verify selections from builders
- create installation work orders from information received
- verify PO received from builder matches contract pricing
- confirm details of selections received are written correctly
- respond to builder inquiries and help resolve issues
- work with scheduling department regarding upcoming install dates


Skills & Qualifications:
- previous experience with colour charts a definite asset
- must be highly pro-active and able to problem solve

  • Flexible personality with an ability to handle change in an organized and efficient manner
- experience in a busy, fast-paced office environment

  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel
- experience with Simply Accounting/SAGE or Quickbooks an asset
- extremely organized and detail oriented

  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally
  • Strong multitasking and timemanagement skills
- strong computer and typing skills


Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
