We are growing and have a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Personal Lines.

We are looking for someone to join our outstanding team We offer a very competitive compensation package, including a very generous new business commission incentive, benefit program, vacation time allowance, flex/personal time allowance, education policy, and an overall great environment to work in.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and servicing of an existing book of personal lines clients.
• Maintain accurate uptodate client records on our broker management system.
• Writing new business, ensuring quality and accuracy of rating.
• Process all change requests, endorsements, and renewals online with company portals.
• Review renewal policies for accuracy and premium, ensuring a high retention rate.
• Assess risks, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation.
• Offer exceptional service to clients while building and managing client relationships
• Answer all calls in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

• Excellent telephone etiquette and writing skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with proven time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Applied Rating Services and TAM Broker Management System,
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on the business needs
• Develop and maintain a positive, professional image with clients and staff.

Experience:

Personal Insurance: 1-2 years (required)

• Knowledge of TAM is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Company Portals

Licensee:

• Level 1 General Insurance (required)

Compensation:

• Compensation is determined by education, work experience, and accomplishments in the Insurance Industry.
