Job summary
The main object and purpose of this position is to generate sales growth and profits for the satellite in accordance with the corporate sales vision.

- Develops sales campaigns supports approved sales promotions from suppliers
- Maintains satellite's accounts receivable within targeted levels
- Sales targets profitability targets ensures implementation pricing discount policies Covers existing customer territories prospects potential customers Communicates with customers obtain clear precise idea requirements respects appropriate sales procedures Coordinates sales price management activities Sales Manager Works collaboration determine implement local targets satellite align corporate objectives Reviews sales reports identifies non-profitable accounts makes necessary pricing supply corrections Develops supports approved promotional directives Reviews reports indicates growth trends information takes corrective measures Maintains inventory sufficient meet customer requirements Ensures respect distribution schedules Helps solving cylinder problems collecting outstanding balances Coordinates team establishes objectives each Actively promotes safety objectives Knows respects procedures Quality Manual Makes sure corrective preventive measures place answer customer complaints Adheres follows Good Manufacturing Practices GMP pertains medical gases medical devices role Implements improves supply structures keeping organizational objects Supervises staff planning coordination regarding cylinders welding products Supervises adjusts supplies supplier customer optimize stock levels Analyzes demand allocates materials products accordingly Motivates helps person supply chain group drivers dispatchers storekeepers etc making skills training resources operate autonomously Shares objectives attained executes fulfillment Proceeds performance evaluations team members Continuously analyzes functioning activity identifies causes proposes corrective measure accordingly
