SCIS Support Specialist

Hours are 30 hours weekly


Qualifications:

  • An understanding and appreciation of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and communities.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient oral and written communications and computer skills.
  • Experience in community engagement and outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to travel to remote or underserved communities as needed.
  • Cultural sensitivity and respect for Indigenous perspectives and worldviews.
  • Knowledge of SCIS registration processes and eligibility criteria is a plus.

Specifications:

  • Criminal record check
  • Valid class 5 Drivers License
  • COVID vaccination required
  • Starting wage $23 per hour
