Description
In this important role, you will be the "go to person" for the Front Desk Team and Managers.You will lead the day-to-day activities for yourself and the team at the Front Desk delivering exceptional service goals for an outstanding hotel in the heart of Mississauga.
Your responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the Front Desk. Making sure our guests are the focus of our operations.
By demonstrating a "lead by example" attitude and management style, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience when they visit us.
Excellent computer knowledge with Marriott Brand operations, Opera, and Accounting is a must. Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are needed for this role. Good organization, problem solving skills are important. Including working well under pressure with an ever changing environment.
Must have a minimum 1 year of hotel management experience with managing people.
Must have Front Desk experience in a Marriott Brand and must have OPERA knowledge.
Flexible working shifts including events, weekends and public holidays.
Must provide legal validation for working in Canada
