We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in handling customer software licensing issues, including initial visits, proposal development, contract signing, licensing provision, procurement follow-up, covering customer usage tutorials, and online activation processes.
  • Execute sales projects and maintain progress scheduling.
  • Develop new customers by prospecting and arranging visits.
  • Assist in integrating sales solutions and writing proposals.
  • Assist customers in explaining usage procedures and troubleshooting.

Collaborate in following up with and driving performance for the following customer segments:

  • Small and medium-sized direct customers (chain brand merchants)
  • Channel partners (distribution partners)

Short-term Goals:

Focus on following up with existing customers and acquiring new customers to achieve sales targets.


Medium to Long-term Goals:

Achieve regional objectives and collaborate to achieve operational performance goals.
