Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and assist with processing of daily correspondence and deliver to appropriate staff.
  • Answer phones and direct calls, including calls from confidential sources.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Schedule travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Interpret calendars to schedule meetings and special events.
  • Coordinate with outside firms for services.
  • Review legal documents.
  • Confer with attorneys, accountants, auditors, investigators, and others.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Types:
Part-time, Internship / Co-op

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
