Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and assist with processing of daily correspondence and deliver to appropriate staff.
- Answer phones and direct calls, including calls from confidential sources.
- Schedule appointments.
- Schedule travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Interpret calendars to schedule meetings and special events.
- Coordinate with outside firms for services.
- Review legal documents.
- Confer with attorneys, accountants, auditors, investigators, and others.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Types:
Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
