Who Are We Looking For?
This hybrid position is responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling installation appointments, data entry, and outbound scheduling.
There are no sales involved.
This position requires excellent communication skills, basic skills with Microsoft Office, and someone who takes pride in their work. This is a full-time position that is hybrid and flexible. Successful incumbents will find themselves in a friendly, team-oriented environment that places emphasis on growth, development, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone seeking office-based experience.


Duties

  • Answer inbound customer queries (70%)
  • Outbound calls to schedule installation appointments (20%)
  • Data entry into SAP and Excel (10%)

Requirements:


  • 8am to 8pm EST, Schedule to be assigned as needed
  • About once every month Saturday requirement 9am 5pm EST (replacing the Monday for that week)
  • Training will be 8am to 4pm EST for the first 4 weeks
  • Strong communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • A fun and positive attitude with a polite and friendly manner
  • Able to maintain focus throughout completion of repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with mínimal supervision
  • 01 year of customer service experience
  • Secondary School completion required

Additional Benefits

  • Incentive program $50 for 400 outbound a month + more for every additional 50
  • Three weeks of vacation to start
