Description

Under the limited supervision of the Corporate Director, Budgeting and Forecasting and as an integral member of the Financial Planning team, the Lead, Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the Finance team's reporting package to both internal and external stakeholders; including but not limited to budget to actual results, year-over-year actual, funded activity projections and analysis, FIRMS analysis and reporting, Audit and Finance Committee reporting and Covenant Health Board reporting.

This individual is responsible for providing clear, concise analytical data to assist Senior Leadership in decision making and achieving Covenant Health's overall strategic plan.

This position has increased responsibility, as well as coaching and indirect supervision of other department staff. This position is non-unionized.
