In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the seamless operation of a night club, bar, restaurant, and karaoke lounge.


Your responsibilities will encompass:

Comprehensive Management:
Take charge of all aspects of the venue's operations, including the night club, bar, restaurant, and karaoke lounge. Ensure that each segment delivers exceptional guest experiences in line with our brand's promise.

Strategic Budgeting:
Develop and manage budgets to optimize financial performance while maintaining operational excellence. Efficiently allocate resources across various departments to maximize profitability.

Innovative Marketing:
Devise and execute creative marketing strategies that resonate with local and global audiences. Elevate the venue's visibility, draw in patrons, and establish it as a must-visit entertainment destination.

Skilled Staffing:
Oversee staffing, from recruitment to training and development. Foster a motivated and customer-focused team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service.

Revenue Restoration:
Implement strategies to restore annual revenue to pre-COVID-19 levels. Craft innovative initiatives that attract a diverse customer base and keep them engaged throughout the year.

Global Brand Promotion:
Lead efforts to promote the venue's brand on a global scale. Utilize digital platforms, collaborations, and partnerships to expand the venue's reach and enhance its reputation.

Strategic Growth:

Develop a comprehensive 5-year growth plan that outlines key milestones and strategies for expanding the venue's offerings, customer base, and profitability.


Partnership Management:
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations. Leverage these relationships to enhance the venue's visibility and access new customer segments.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is required.

MBA or advanced degree is preferred and will be highly regarded.

Proven leadership experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or nightlife industry.

Strong financial acumen with a track record of successful budget management.

Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative marketing campaigns.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in bringing a business's annual revenue back to pre-disruption levels.

Strategic mindset with the ability to formulate and execute a 5-year growth plan.

Proficiency in partnership development and management.
