Reporting to the Manager - Production, this position will provide guidance and support to team members on the production floor, as well as operational leadership activities to meet quality, productivity, and delivery timeline goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with production planning and scheduling
  • Oversee quality control throughout the production process
  • Oversee production team members.

Primary Processes to be managed:


  • Unpacking, preparation for various print method, staging
  • Pad printing
  • Screen printing (flat and cylindrical)
  • UV screen printing & curing

Requirements:

*NOTE - this is a hands-on role, you are expected to learn the equipment and know how to operate it

  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary
  • Must have appropriate transit to attend the directing branch office.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
