- The collection of accounts receivable payments and submission of relevant entries.
- Close collaboration with project management to ensure smooth financial operations.
- The meticulous preparation of invoices.
- Providing support to the accounts payable department when required.
- Promptly responding to customer inquiries, maintaining excellent customer relations, and adeptly resolving any issues.
- Following Company procedures to communicate with customers who have overdue accounts.
- A background in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field through post-secondary education is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in either accounts receivable or accounts payable.
- Familiarity with the world of construction would be a definite advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and French would be a bonus, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency in mathematics, typing, and a mastery of accounting software.
- A keen eye for precision, efficiency, and an unwavering sense of accountability.
