Project Manager & Account Coordinator

This dual role offers a unique opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion while fostering strong client relationships.


As a Project Manager and Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by combining the skills of project management and account coordination.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that print and signage projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Initiate, plan, and execute print and signage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish a clear project plan.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including design, printing, fabrication, and installation.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and keep all stakeholders informed of project status.

Account Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and objectives, and translate them into actionable project requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely project quotes, estimates, and invoices, ensuring transparent and efficient billing processes.
  • Collaborate with the production team to schedule and prioritize work to meet client deadlines.
  • Act as an advocate for the client within the organization, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in project management and account coordination, preferably in the printing or signage industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Detailoriented, with a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Knowledge of printing and signage processes is a plus.

Salary:
$33,541.85-$51,268.14 per year

Education:


  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)

  • B2B: 1 year (preferred)
