Position overview
Are you meticulous with details, organized and love working with people? Do you have experience with program administration and are able to execute initiatives that support the learning engagement of a dynamic organization? We have an exciting opportunity in our Learning and Development team

Key responsibilities include:

Provides administration, coordination support and input to programs and services; and supports the team in the delivery of Learning & Development services
Conducts basic research, assessment, and analysis; prepares basic statistics; and participates in development of reports and presentation materials
Assists with the administrative functions of the learning management systems, including ongoing updates, assignments, audits, and learning metrics reporting
Designs, develops and implements training programs in alignment with strategic and business goals

Key qualifications include:

At least two years of recent, relevant experience, supplemented by two years of postsecondary education in Learning and Development, Business or Human Resources or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Previous experience designing and implementing competencybased learning programs for adults is an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills are required
