About the Role


The Client Success Specialist and Account Manager roles are a great opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management, analytical and commercial skills.

This role focuses on post-sales of Small-to-Medium Sized Business, by deepening the relationship with a consultative approach, providing data-driven insights that help increase engagement, foster retention and grow revenue.

Client Success Specialists and Account Managers are critical to our business strategy and to the success of our merchants in the app.


What You'll Do

  • Actively manage and grow a book of business of multiple SMB merchants by building and executing your commercial strategy
  • Serve as a business consultant to ensure merchants make the most out of experience of partnering with Uber Eats including business reviews, upselling, identify growth opportunities, among other activities
  • Build processes and standardize bestpractices within merchant success and your territory
  • Partner with our Operations and Sellers on managing the relationship, solve potential issues and questions of merchants
  • Track and improve merchant KPIs and OKRs to understand their success, issues, or opportunities
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions
  • Proficiency in data analytics and excel skills
  • Portfolio Management
  • Negotiation & Deal Making
  • Stakeholder management
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Korean would be a plus (not a hard requirement)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong critical thinking ability
  • Ability to clearly frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your clients
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SQL are a plus
