The Opportunity

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and bring in work with new and existing clients.
Build and strengthen long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
Write and coordinate winning proposals.
Help our technical experts develop marketing material (abstracts, papers, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to create memorable, unique, and meaningful content for our website and social media.
Represent Trace at industry and association events.
Help the people around you succeed.
About You and Your Qualifications

An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
4-10 years of business development experience, preferably in professional services.
A track record of meeting business development targets by putting the client first.
Excellent communicator and collaborator who can build strong external and internal
relationships.
Graduated from a college or university with a diploma or degree in business, science, or
engineering. An ESG focus is a plus.
