**Summer Internship
- Marketing Intern**

**(Hybrid)**

**Position Summary**
This internship opportunity at Leviton is for bright and motivated students who can take on challenging projects. As an intern working in the marketing department at Leviton Canada, you'll be involved in web-related projects, ensuring consistent use of French terminology, and uploading French documentation specifically tailored for the Quebec market. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced marketers helping them shape insights into strategy. We love innovation and are eager to see your proactivity and suggestions

**Responsibilities**
- Terminology Accuracy: Ensure the use of correct product and industry terminology aligned with our company's lexicon.
- Content Review: Review translated content on the French website for accuracy and consistency.
- Error Correction: Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in translated content across the web.
- File Management: Efficiently manage the upload and organization of French PDF files on the company's website using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Material Gathering from various sources: Collect essential materials that are currently absent from the website and upload them.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate student in Marketing, Web, Translations, Communications, International Business or other similar programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English with a solid French written.
- Well organized, analytical, willing to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Driven and hard-working.
- Ability to take direction and multi-task.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, proactive behavior, and resourceful.
- Previous experience with a content management system is an asset.

- Collecte de matériel provenant de diverses sources : Recueillez les documents essentiels qui sont actuellement absents du site Web et téléchargez-les.

**Qualifications requises**
- Étudiant de premier cycle en marketing, Web, traductions, communications, commerce international ou d'autres programmes similaires.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais avec un solide français écrit.
- Bien organisé, analytique, prêt à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Motivé et travailleur.
- Capacité à prendre des directives et à effectuer plusieurs tâches.
- Fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes, comportement proactif et débrouillard.
- Une expérience antérieure avec un système de gestion de contenu est un atout.
