The Client Care Advisor is the first point of contact for Ikaria Medical Aesthetics and plays a key role in creating an exceptional, welcoming experience for every client.This role blends front-desk administration, client relationship management, and sales support within a fast-paced medical aesthetics and wellness clinic.
This job requires being warm,polished,detail-oriented,and thriving in client focused environment where professionalism discretion,and exceptional service are essential,
- Greet clients warmly and professionally in person by phone and via email/text
- Manage appointment scheduling confirmations cancellations and waitlists
- Ensure seamless client flow elevated in-clinic experience
