As a Technical Enablement Lead (Mid-Market), you will be responsible for supporting the Mid-Market sector of the Retailer Technology & Experience client group.

This position involves facilitating solutions at scale to ensure goals set out by the organization can be executed both efficiently and effectively.

You will manage an internal support desk for our products and produce documentation and assets to be used at scale for Mid-Market.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

Set and manage stakeholder expectations while supporting the sales team through technical product integrations; this includes facilitating internal discussions, getting project sign-off, and ensuring key stakeholders & sponsors are kept up to date.
Manage technical onboarding initiatives (including new Flipp platforms and retailer migrations off of legacy platforms), manage the design and implementation of customerfacing documentation, as well as scale and automate onboarding programs
Identify and implement a continuous improvement framework model for all programs and projects; this should ensure all initiatives have a baseline measure of success that can be standardized
Provide a deep understanding of the needs and market trends of smallmedium businesses in retailer & technology.

What you'll bring to the team:

3+ years of experience in technical service position or project management position
Experience with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, REST, JSON, APIs is a strong asset
Experience triaging small to medium web technology issues prior to initiating engineering support
Demonstrated problemsolving skills, with ability to take apart symptoms and solve constituent problems
Ability to clearly communicate problems to both internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing
Experience with project management tools or methodologies is preferred but not required
Experience working with retailer technologies is preferred but not required
Completion of a postsecondary degree with project management or technical coursework is preferred but not required
