We are looking for proactive community managers who can own our Slack community content and member engagement.Manage our new Slack community welcome messages engagement member support Create and schedule LinkedIn + Instagram content monthly Write and send 2 newsletters per month Proactively communicate check in on deadlines flag issues early keep me in the loop without me having to ask Write in a warm direct voice not generic or AI-sounding Understand the founder startup space bonus if youve worked with underrepresented founders and US-based founder communities Hours ~10 hrs/week About us The Well Work is a community of 70,000+ founders across our platforms focused on funding.
