Administrative Assistant


CONTAINER CORPORATION OF CANADA is a Richmond Hill, ON-based company that provides a complete line of products and services to the cannabis industry.

We are a leader in the cannabis industry with a proven track record of success. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with daytoday office operations
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and data
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence with customers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure proper order fulfillment
  • Create marketing materials for our website and social media accounts
  • Prepare reports for internal management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive, Gmail, etc.)
  • Proven working experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in a business setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills is a must
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Experience with Excel is preferred.

Salary:
$19.00-$28.00 per hour
