Administrative Assistant
CONTAINER CORPORATION OF CANADA is a Richmond Hill, ON-based company that provides a complete line of products and services to the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daytoday office operations
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and data
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with customers, vendors, and suppliers
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure proper order fulfillment
- Create marketing materials for our website and social media accounts
- Prepare reports for internal management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive, Gmail, etc.)
- Proven working experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in a business setting
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills is a must
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Experience with Excel is preferred.
Salary:
$19.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
