Early in my career, it became apparent to me that I needed to start my own survey company. I am extremely passionate about surveying (my wife says I am a survey nerd). In 2017, after almost 10 years in the industry, I started Intrepid Surveys Ltd. I have poured everything I have into this company with the goal of making it self-sufficient. It has finally grown to a point where I cannot grow the company any further on my own without risking a divorce


Position Description

• Field/office staff supervision and management
• Legal calculations, predrafting and plan checking
• Volumetric calculations and reporting
• Construction calculations and reporting
• Business development and client relations

Qualifications

• Our ideal applicant has 25+ years of legal experience.
• Construction survey experience is also required as most of our work is construction based.
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and MicroSurvey CAD software
• Excellent communication, organizational and management skills
• Humble, honest and respectful to others
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Ability to work in the field when/if required

Salary:
$72,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Project management: 2 years (preferred)

Legal Survey: 3 years (preferred)
