Role Overview:
As a Mobile Supervisor Member Experience, you'll be reporting to the District Manager and leading a team of Member Service Representatives. Your main goal will be to guide the team in identifying members' needs and offering them the right financial products and services. From preparing documents for member meetings to processing daily transactions, you'll play a key role in ensuring our members' financial well-being.
Requirements:
To be eligible, you should have a minimum of 4 years of retail banking/customer service experience and a high school diploma. While not mandatory, having a background in Finance or related studies is a plus. Servus is all about continuous learning and improvement, so we offer training and support to help you succeed in this role.
