  • Health Standards Organization (HSO) & Accreditation Canada (AC) is searching for a fully bilingual individual to join its ambitious EQual team. EQual provides education accreditation services for a growing list of health professions and medical specialties in Canada and the world.
  • To support EQual's ongoing Canadian and International growth, we are seeking a dynamic and proficient individual who shares our passion for quality service. As part of our work, we rely on the talent of highly motivated surveyors and consultants. As the associate responsible for coordinating these resources, you will play a critical role in supporting our Canadian and International expansion.
  • In this role you will have two main areas of responsibilities:
  • You will support business development and health professional education accreditation activities. More specifically, you will oversee the recruitment, selection, training, deployment and management of volunteer surveyors (health care professionals).
  • You will also support and coordinate contractors and consultants for both national and international projects.
  • Ultimately, you will support the team by maintaining and managing our surveyor/consultant database and assist us ensure each project has the correct resources.
  • We are looking for an individual with a peoplecentered, winninggoto attitude. You will be building authentic and enduring relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are right for this position if you have excellent organizational, administrative, project management, and problemsolving skills and are adept at working in a flexible work environment and as part of a matrix team. You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?

  • College diploma or University degree in a related field (such as human resource management, business administration or development or health sciences) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant progressive and varied work experience.
  • Coordinating or managing projects.
  • Managing databases, working with MS Office 365 Suite, and learning new IT systems.
  • Providing support to remote working teams.
