Nature of the position:

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead, the customer service agent will be a positive, hardworking individual.

Job responsibilities:

Delivers the ultimate customer service experience to our retail partners
Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests
Product inventory
Other office duties

Requirements:

Career oriented individual
13 years experience working in a customer service environment (office experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with our retail partners
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Extremely comfortable speaking on the phone
Professional Email communication experience
High attention to detail
Experience working in a team environment
Problem solving skills
Ability to multitask
Effective time management
Positive attitude
Strong computer knowledge ie. Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Hours:
Monday-Thursday (9h00-18h00)

Friday (9h00-15h30)

Office is in an industrial area therefore having a car is an asset
