Technical Representative Role
This is a professional position in the industry of floor covering and tile installation.
The Technical Representative will be responsible for providing technical assistance to architects, engineers, designers, installers, applicators, DIY enthusiasts and others. This includes answering phone calls or emails regarding the use of products for Floor Covering Installation Systems (FCIS) & Tile and Stone Installation System (TSIS).
In addition to technical support, this role also involves participating in on-site training sessions about our products when required by the Technical Services Manager. The representative may assist sales representatives by visiting sites to collect information for specifications purposes as well as follow up on files related to technical service complaints.
