POSITION OVERVIEW:


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to all customers and tenants by being knowledgeable about the property and its' offerings.
  • Sell Gift Cards.
  • Assist in the administration of the "lost and found" program by logging items and helping to match lost items with owners.
  • Provide directions within the property to shoppers.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • In conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Guest Services Supervisor, help post information to our website.
  • Provide support to other departments as requested.
  • Coordinate complimentary strollers, walkers and wheelchairs.
  • Administer refunds for property vending machines upon request.
  • Continuously organize and stock all supplies at the kiosk.
  • Log calls from tenants who require assistance from another department.
  • Communicate with other departments in a timely manner to relay tenant concerns/requests.
  • Accurately administer & execute all Guest Services programs & practices.
  • Complete projects as assigned.
  • Ensure the website and inmall directories are accurate.
  • Open and Close.
  • Assist Seniors
  • Work closely with the Security Team and Maintenance Staff.
  • Assist with Marketing events as directed by the Marketing Manager and Guest Services Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Completed a Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service
  • Comfortable handling cash
  • Basic PC, Microsoft Word & Excel skills
  • A professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven problemsolving skills
