Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Planner III, IV or V. This role involves performing complex planning and programming activities in support of management-related programs and/or transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives.

• The Planner III assists with budget preparation, monitors and estimates future costs. They also monitor and analyze activities of assigned functional areas and provide information that may impact them.


• The Planner IV develops and monitors statistical performance measures. They also develop funding distribution formulas for planning and monitoring the use of funds by Metropolitan Planning Organizations.


• The Planner V performs complex planning and programming activities in support of management-related programs and/or transportation projects. They serve in an advisory capacity to departmental staff.
