    Project Overview:

    The role of Client Success Manager involves delivering revenue growth in multiple client accounts, serving as the primary representative of the Consulting & Engineering Services organization and coordinating all CES activities within those accounts.

    Critical Responsibilities:

    -Account Planning with Market Partners to leverage Industry SMEs

    -Generating and Managing a sub-$5M pipeline

    -Contract Renewal Readiness and Securing Renewals

    -Fostering a Revenue Growth Mindset within the wider CES team to better identify opportunities

    -Horizon Scanning and Cross-Selling of CES Offerings

    -Proactive Opportunity Creation through Collaboration with Consulting Partners, Client Technical Leads, Industry SMEs, and Sales Teams

    -Serving as the Voice of the Client within CES

    -Maintaining Relationships with Key Client Stakeholders and Expanding Them

    -Understanding the Relationship between Client Goals, Internal Programs, and Technology Activities

    -Approving Sub-$5M Deals and Collaborating with Market Partners for Accurate Forecasting of Revenue and Margin

    -Ensuring Contractual Delivery Obligations are Met and Leading a Virtual Team of CES Personnel Working on Their Account

    -Client Satisfaction with Delivered Work and Interlocking with Delivery Teams to Ensure Margin is Delivered to Plan

    -Driving Speed of Resourcing and Ensuring Delivery of Fixed-Price Projects to Time, Scope, and Budget

    Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

    -Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience

    -5-7 Years of Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Customer-Facing Roles

    -Proficiencies in Strategic Planning, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership

    -Experience in Interaction with C-Level Executives and Senior Directors

    -Continuous Learning with Staying Abreast of Industry Knowledge and Technology

    -Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills

    -Experience in at Least One of the CES Offering Areas: Apps, SAP, or Data Analytics

    -Able to Farm an Account (Delivery-Led Growth) and Has Had P&L Responsibilities
