Position Overview

As a Sales Specialist in Montreal, you will drive revenue growth through direct sales and market expansion while managing client relationships. This full-time, permanent role involves fieldwork, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams, perfect for results-driven professionals who excel in dynamic settings.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Generate direct sales in Montreal by prospecting new clients and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales approaches.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with retailers, restaurants, and outlets, customizing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Customer Service: Resolve escalated customer issues, such as complaints or returns, to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
  • Product Promotion: Highlight the unique qualities of our products, aligning them with customer needs and company objectives to boost engagement.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage sales activities, including CRM updates, order processing, and merchandising, with a focus on resourcefulness.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–4 years in sales; experience in South Asian markets or the food industry is an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French required; proficiency in Hindi or Punjabi preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Sales Performance: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and secure new business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales analytics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; bilingual in English/French required.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments with flexible schedules and frequent travel within the Quebec region.
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.

En tant que Spécialiste des ventes à Montréal, vous serez responsable de la croissance des revenus par les ventes directes et l'expansion du marché, tout en gérant les relations clients.

Ventes et acquisition de clients

  • Générer des ventes directes à Montréal en prospectant de nouveaux clients et en atteignant les objectifs de revenus grâce à des stratégies de vente efficaces.

Gestion des relations

  • Développer et entretenir des partenariats solides avec des détaillants, restaurants et points de vente, en adaptant les solutions aux besoins des clients.

Service à la clientèle

  • Gérer et résoudre les enjeux clients escaladés, incluant les plaintes ou retours, afin d'assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation à long terme.

Promotion des produits

  • Mettre en valeur les caractéristiques distinctives de nos produits en les alignant sur les besoins des clients et les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Veille de marché

  • Suivre les tendances du marché, les activités des concurrents et les préférences des clients, et fournir des analyses exploitables pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques.

Qualifications requises

Expérience

  • 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en vente; une expérience dans les marchés d'Asie du Sud ou dans l'industrie alimentaire constitue un atout.

Compétences linguistiques

  • Maîtrise du français obligatoire; la connaissance de l'hindi ou du pendjabi est un atout.

Formation

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe (préféré).

Performance en vente

  • Capacité démontrée à atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente et à développer de nouveaux comptes.

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des outils CRM (ex. Salesforce, Zoho) et des analyses de vente.

Communication

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en négociation; bilinguisme anglais/français requis.
