We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.


To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas.

You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.


Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build longterm trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report on (weekly/monthly) sales results
  • Stay uptodate with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, _Sales Account Executive_ or similar role
  • Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation & problemsolving skills
  • Basic understanding of the industry, Innovation, and Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Salary is commission based._

$4,000.00-$6,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
