Key
Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules detailed by the project management team
• Prioritizing work and overseeing the successful execution of schedules and timelines
• Maintaining a strong relationship with internal teams and clients
• Ensuring that a Project Lifecycle is executed based on the detailed requirements
• Ensuring team members have a clear understanding of project deliverables and timelines
• Actively overseeing any scope changes impacting schedule or project deliverables
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Ensuring projects adhere to standard workflow and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Assess project risks and issues and encourage solutions where applicable
• Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodology
• Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence
• Preferably 2 years of clientfacing coordinator experience in web development
• Experience in working across diverse projects and teams
• Outstanding written and oral communications skills
• Proven key traits and skills: collaborative work style, integrity, creativity, objectivity, assertiveness, effectiveness, responsibility, honesty, reliability, strong business acumen
• A passion for innovation, technology, and project management processes
• Desire to work in a fastpaced environment
