EnReach Hot Tap Services Inc. offers in-service modification/construction services for pipeline and pressure vessels. The core service offerings are pipeline hot tapping, line stopping, cold tapping and pressure vessel manufacturing. EnReach services are turnkey and includes engineering, procurement, welding, non-destructive examination (NDE), labor, equipment and quality control. Who we are looking to hire:
We are looking to hire a self-motivated, detailed, experienced accounting person to do our full cycle accounting. We are looking for someone who can wear many hats including accounting, operations support, and human resources.


Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Customer invoices based on LEM tickets generated in the field.
• Generate project cost reports.
• Generate estimates.
• Process biweekly payroll.
• Match, code, enter & process approved accounts payable invoices.
• Manage purchase orders.
• Complete midmonth and month end cheque runs.
• Manage A/R accounts.
• Government remittances (source deductions, GST & PST Filing, T5018).
• Complete bank deposits, bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations.
• Journal Entries.
• Prepare weekly reports.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Budgets & cash flow forecasting.
• Preparation of year end books.
• Process ROEs & T4s.
• Manage employee databases & files.
• Open mail, stamp and distribute accordingly.
• General office duties & special assignments required from time to time.

Competencies/Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Simply Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, terminology and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently & accurately under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills & ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing work demands.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

• Accounting related education and training. Diploma or degree is considered an asset.
• 5 years work experience.
