Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting activities
- Complete bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, payroll processing, and budgeting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

$20.99-$26.68 per hour
