    Requirements:
    High School or post-secondary education
    Two (2) years previous administrative, customer service experience or dispatching.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong customer focus.
    Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
    Required to work extended hours including occasional weekends.
    Responsible individual with high energy and a positive attitude.
    Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record for success.
    Reliable team player that is supportive of company drivers and co-workers
    Work experience in the waste, recycling or environmental services industries an asset


    Key Responsibilities:
    Knowledgeable with electronic devices (tablets/smartphones) to assist drivers with technical issues. Assist drivers with ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) issues, correcting Digital Logs when required, and troubleshooting tablet Route Assist errors.
    Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies.
    Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location.
    Perform driver check-ins at day's end to ensure complete and accurate paperwork completion.
    Distribute, collect, and review route sheets for proper days end data entry.
    Interacts with customers, customer service department, sales, & Operations staff.
    Fields incoming calls / emails from customers.
    Communicates with maintenance shop personnel.
    Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via email, telephone and two-way devices.
    Assist with month end billing process
    Other duties as assigned.
