Description

The UX Session Facilitator plays a crucial role in our product development process by organizing and leading user experience sessions.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate (often remotely) workshops, focus groups, and usability testing sessions, ensuring active participation, capturing detailed feedback, and synthesizing insights to inform design and development decisions.

You will work closely with UX Researchers, Designers, and Product Managers to create engaging and effective research sessions that provide valuable user insights.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Plan and facilitate UX research sessions, including workshops, focus groups, and usability tests, both in-person and remotely.
Prepare session materials, such as discussion guides, consent forms, and presentation decks.
Ensure sessions run smoothly, encouraging participation from all attendees and maintaining a neutral and supportive environment.
Use a variety of facilitation techniques to explore user needs, behaviors, and attitudes.
Record and document sessions through notes, audio, or video recordings, adhering to ethical standards and privacy regulations.
Analyze and synthesize findings from sessions into clear, actionable insights.
Communicate results and recommendations to UX Researchers, Designers, and Product Managers through detailed reports and presentations.
Collaborate with the UX team to iterate on research methods and improve session effectiveness.
Manage logistics for research sessions, including scheduling, participant recruitment, and technology setup.
Stay informed about UX research trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve facilitation skills.


This position may require for you to conduct some sessions at our downtown location and some very light canvassing for random users to test from the street for our short sessions.

Pay is starting 17.20 per hour

On job training available.

Must be fluent in written and verbal English
