- Provide strong safety leadership across project teams and subcontractors
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily project activities from award through closeout
- Administer prime contracts and manage subcontract agreements
- Lead subcontract negotiations and procurement strategies
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and billing processes
- Manage contract administration including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners
- Support commissioning and startup of complex mechanical and process systems
- Mentor project staff and promote a collaborative project culture
- 10+ years of project management experience within heavy civil, industrial, or water/wastewater construction
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects (CAD $25M+) is a strong asset
- Background working for a general contractor in a competitive bid or lump sum environment
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
- P.Eng designation strongly preferred; Gold Seal, PMP, or LEED credentials considered assets
- Strong scheduling experience using MS Project or Primavera P6
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret complex contract documents, drawings, and project schedules
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for project-related security clearances
