As a Grassroots Soccer Coach with our program, you will inspire young players to develop fundamental skills and a lifelong love of soccer. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering engaging soccer sessions.
The ideal candidate will have experience coaching children aged 3-8 and possess the ability to create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment. They must also be able to address individual needs and provide tailored coaching to enhance skill development.
We seek coaches who can maintain equipment, ensure readiness for each session, and work effectively in a team setting. The Team Lead role offers additional leadership opportunities, inspiring fellow coaches while managing scheduling shifts.
