    Leadership Opportunity

    Mall Road Dental in Hamilton is seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinic Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of dental clinic setting experience, with 5+ years of leadership experience directly supervising and coaching employees. They must possess strong leadership presence, working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols, proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Friendly professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills is also required.


    Job Responsibilities


    • Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures for overall office efficiency.

    • Hire, train and develop new staff members ensuring they meet patient needs while upholding clinic standards.
