We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join a fast-growing team that specializes in wood and drilling.

Set up and operate CNC mill and drilling machines according to job specifications.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or defects and make necessary adjustments.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Experience using wood is an asset
