Description

Brennan Industries is looking for a high-performing, experienced Manufacturing Sales Manager to help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping us competitive and innovative.

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales strategies.
  • Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders.
  • Applies knowledge of the field and products to match the needs of the clients.
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Collaborates with other departments to confirm that orders process with accuracy for timely delivery.
  • Adaptable to changing market trends and customer needs while working towards achieving targets.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
  • Travel to meet customers or potential customers as required.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
