    About the Job

    We are seeking a skilled Design Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings for permit application and construction with assistance from senior team members.

    You will work on building and managing full BIM models of large multifamily buildings using REVIT software, providing extensive construction details using REVIT to support the construction team.

    Additional responsibilities include coordinating design drawings with external consultants, working with architects to define and explain design requirements through presentation, completing internal reviews of other design drawings for quality control, and assisting in construction conflict resolution by providing design and coordination assistance.
