The Superstar:
We are looking for an individual who is strategic, proactive, and has relevant experience in a previous role as a Logistics Coordinator or a Warehouse Coordinator.
The superstar we want as part of our SharpLight family is professional, process oriented and is looking for growth in their career.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide a White Glove Experience to our clients and partners.
- Transacts all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Plans logistics priorities with Warehouse Lead.
- Coordinates deliveries/ shipments with carriers/couriers, and completes all required documentation (internal requirements & external requirements)
- Performs Quality Assurance Tests on all incoming equipment and ensures turnaround times are met.
- Processes orders efficiently, accurately and in full.
- Executes warehouse protocols, procedures, and workflows in compliance with QA standard and Health Canada Regulations.
- Prepares all system skids for shipping to new partners and conducts final Quality Assurance checklist.
- Monitors shipments in transit & ensures safe delivery.
- Assists with logístical preparation for various events.
- Responds efficiently and accurately to internal divisions to ensure they are supported.
Required Education, Languages & Skills:
- 1 year of experience of logistics, customer service or related fields.
- Able to work in fastpaced environment, meet time deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to create and update detailed records and spreadsheets.
- Exceptional customer service management skills.
