The Superstar:

We are looking for an individual who is strategic, proactive, and has relevant experience in a previous role as a Logistics Coordinator or a Warehouse Coordinator.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Provide a White Glove Experience to our clients and partners.
Transacts all inbound and outbound shipments.
Plans logistics priorities with Warehouse Lead.
Coordinates deliveries/ shipments with carriers/couriers, and completes all required documentation (internal requirements & external requirements)
Performs Quality Assurance Tests on all incoming equipment and ensures turnaround times are met.
Processes orders efficiently, accurately and in full.
Executes warehouse protocols, procedures, and workflows in compliance with QA standard and Health Canada Regulations.
Prepares all system skids for shipping to new partners and conducts final Quality Assurance checklist.
Monitors shipments in transit & ensures safe delivery.
Assists with logístical preparation for various events.
Responds efficiently and accurately to internal divisions to ensure they are supported.

Required Education, Languages & Skills:

1 year of experience of logistics, customer service or related fields.
Able to work in fastpaced environment, meet time deadlines and perform under pressure.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to create and update detailed records and spreadsheets.
Exceptional customer service management skills.
