I&T Events & Communications Analyst

What is the opportunity?
Are you looking to join a high-performing, dynamic team where you can develop valuable skills and support the marketing and planning of key events and communications?


The Office of the EVP of Innovation & Technology enables the success of the Innovation and Technology team through the delivery and oversight of strategic projects and leadership of business management, operations and risk activities.

As the Events & Communications Analyst you will be responsible for supporting key events and communications activities for I&T.


What will you do?

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of I&T events (e.g. townhalls, AMA, etc.)
  • Develop communication plans / marketing for the promotion of events across the organization and any associated collateral
  • Create engaging postevent marketing content that showcases the success of the event and drives awareness across the organization to support future attendance
  • Analyze the effectiveness of Innovation & Technology events and communication efforts and provide recommendations for future improvement
  • Other duties as required

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field with 12 years of experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint and developing high quality visuals

Nice-to-have:


  • Video editing experience
  • Graphic design
